Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Moga (mogadesign.org), and of what you buy from it. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use Moga.
Using Moga
The Moga Personal license is free, for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it: no attacking or overloading the service, no getting around its limits, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Commercial use
Using Moga, or the videos and images you export from it, for commercial work needs the Moga Commercial Version: a one-time payment of $19, for one person, with no subscription. Commercial work includes client projects, advertising and marketing, and anything you sell or are paid to make. Without the Commercial Version, you may not use Moga or its exports commercially, except a scene you bought with Moga Priority (see Scene requests). A team needs one Commercial Version for each person who uses Moga. Its license key is yours alone: don't share it or sell it on. The Commercial Version also lets you request up to 5 scenes, each built within a week; a request we decline doesn't count (see Scene requests).
Every export carries its license in the file's metadata: Moga Personal license: non-commercial use only, the Commercial Version and its license key, or, for a scene you bought with Moga Priority, that scene and its order. Removing or changing it doesn't change the terms the file was made under. Anyone can check a license key on our verify page. Questions about licensing? Email tanphat15122000@gmail.com.
Scene requests
You can ask us to build a scene from a video, a storyboard or an idea, with a link or a file you send us. We build it as closely as we can, but not every motion can be made, and we may decline a request; we'll tell you why, in the app and by email.
- Personal: usually about 2 weeks, the most-wanted first, one request open at a time.
- Commercial Version: up to 5 requests, each built within a week.
- Moga Priority ($22 a request): built within 48 hours of us taking it on, with commercial use of that scene included. It is yours alone for 30 days after we deliver it, then it goes into the library; its commercial use stays yours.
- Keep it yours alone (+$13 on Moga Priority, $35 in all): the scene never goes into the library, and we send you its source code, packaged.
Except for Keep it yours alone, a finished scene goes into the Moga library, where everyone can use it under these terms. You may use a scene made for you in your own work, as these terms allow.
Keep it yours alone gives you a license, not ownership: we keep the rights to the scene and its source code, and you may use them in any of your own projects, client work included, and change them, but don't share, resell or publish them, as a scene, a template or a tool. We never put that scene in the library or build it again for anyone else, though other scenes may move in similar ways.
Only send us what you have the right to share. We use your reference only to build your scene: we may use AI tools to study it while we do, but never to train AI models, and we never publish it.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles the taxes, and its terms apply to the purchase too. Prices are in US dollars.
Changed your mind? Ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying the Commercial Version. A Moga Priority request is refunded in full any time before we take it on, and after that if we decline it or haven't delivered it within 48 hours; once we've delivered the scene, it isn't refundable. Ask by email to tanphat15122000@gmail.com; a request we decline we refund without being asked. A refund ends what it paid for: a refunded Commercial Version's license key stops working, and what you exported under it is no longer licensed for commercial work; a refunded request is closed.
Your content
What you put into Moga stays yours, and your exports are yours to use as these terms allow (see Commercial use). You're responsible for having the rights to the images and videos you use. We don't claim any ownership of them. They stay in your browser on your device: we never upload or back them up, never share them with anyone and never use them with AI or to train AI models. The only file of yours that ever reaches us is one you choose to send with a scene request (see the Privacy Policy).
Accounts
You can open and edit in Moga without an account; exporting, scene requests and purchases need one, and an account is free. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe and use a real email address. You can delete your account any time from Account in the editor. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Devices and trademarks
Device names and designs shown in Moga (such as iPhone, iPad, MacBook or Pixel) belong to their owners. Moga is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Moga's own name, logo, scenes and code are ours.
No warranty
Moga is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your saved scenes' settings safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We don't back up your images, videos or exports, so we can't restore them if they're lost from your browser. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or work, arising from your use of Moga. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes
We may change Moga or these terms from time to time. When the terms change we update this page and the date at the top. Using Moga after a change means you accept the new terms. What you've already paid for keeps the terms it was bought under.
